Q: is high blood pressure connected to hemachromatosis?

My sister who is 36 yrs old has hemachromatosis and has blood taken out regularly. Feratin levels are checked every couple of months resulting in blood removal.  She is taking Micardis Plus and her G.P. has just prescribed Norvasc in addition.  Blood pressure reading yesterday was 160/120.  concerned sister Anne
