Q: My blood pressure is usely like 198/110 when I wake and most of the day it stays close to norman.I take meds ofcousre in the day.Even when i take a nap it sky rockets.Any reason or answers why?

Hi Charlesk,

 

One potential cause of high blood pressure when you wake up is sleep apnea. I recommend consulting your physician to determine if a sleep evaluation is warranted and appropriate treatment.
