32 years man with hypertension , have no kidney disease and cardiovascular problem
32 years man with hypertension , have no kidney disease and cardiovascular problem ,ultrasound and CT of all abdominal organ is normal , present any abnormality of abdominal organ and herat(ECG is normal heart). blood count , HB , WBCs ,RBCs and serum creatinine , Na , K , and electrolyte is normal , ESR is almost 50 ,the drug such as atenolole is useless but the lisinopril and HCTZ can decrease the blood pressure to 140systolic but diastolic is high 10mm/hg.
pls help me for more information and medications .

If you are not doing so, I recommend making diet and lifestyle changes to promote a lower blood pressure. By making the necesary diet and lifestyle changes you'll increase the effectiveness of the medciations.
Also, I recommend discussing medication options with your physician and possibly pharmacist.
