can you have a heart attack when your blood pressure is normal
robby,
Thanks for your question. Yes, a person can have a heart attack with normal blood pressure. High blood pressure is a significant risk to developing heart disease, but many people have heart problems without this risk factor.
In the acute phase of a heart attack, blood pressure can be low, high, or normal. If you have concerns about yourself and the possibility of having a heart problem, make an appointment with your physician to have an evaluation and possibly testing to be sure everything is OK.
I hope this has been helpful.
