I was diagnosed with stage 1 hypertension about 6 months ago. Since beginning treatment with lisinopril hctz my bp runs about 120/70. Lately when I exercise I get dizzy and muscle fatigue very quickly. Could this relate to low potassium levels?

along with a diet low in potassium. eat more bananas & walnuts
