this dose for 5 days when I was experiencing lightheadedness, nausea, lack of feeling in the toes of both feet, constant below the knee leg cramping and a low drop in BP.  He then which it to half a tablet per day for 3 more days.  When I went in for yet another BP check, my BP was fine and I was instructed to stop taking the pills.  When I called 3 days later to complain about the persistence of the above side effects, I was instructed to begin the half pill dose again.  We had an out of town death in the family during that following 2 days and I took the 2nd day dose at 6:30 a.m. before the funeral.  I had the above side effects for almost 5 hours(particularly feeling like I was going to pass out in church).  I went to see my doctor when I returned the day after the funeral.  He decided to try another BP medication and is monitoring me.  My question is:  How long after I end using Diovan will these side effects persist??  The numbness and coldness in my feet and the muscle fatigue in my legs are very much a concern at this time.  Any information you can supply will be greatly appreciated.  I am thanking you in advance for your attention to this matter.  Kathleen Cancemi    kcancemi@gmail.com   (716)284-2687
