Q: High Blood Pressure 6 weeks Post Partum

I'm 31 years old, never had a problem with blood pressure except in my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies (towards the end) with elevated blood pressure due to retaining water~weight gain.  I went in after my 3rd delivery (01/06/2010) for my 6 weeks post partum check up and my blood pressure is 160/90.  I have to go back in two weeks for another check up.  No previous problems with high blood pressure after delivery.  No headaches or water retention after delivery.  Not stressed about anything, any suggestions, helpful hints to bring BP down?  Normal BP range is 120/70.  I have lost all pregnancy weight gain....need to lose a little more to be "healthy".
