i thought that i have inflamation at my kidney cause i have continous inflamation at my urinary bladder and my kidney but i analysis my urine and the result was normal even i dont have a pus cells then i made ultrasound to my kidney it appears that i have mild siplitting at the collecting tube of the both kidneys and the doctors told me its not serious and all the pain comes from the muscles spasm so he gave me a drugs but i dont get better and i dont feel the problem from my muscles i think from my kidney so what can i do
