Q: very low blood pressure

i do constantly experience low blood pressure readings, sometimes in seventies on fiftyis or 48  and so, with the hearth rate usualy between 50 and 60. I am 41 years old female, not an athlete, although  i do a lot of housekeeping job and spend lots of time on my feet, i am usually very tired, often feel lightheaded,  and ocasionaly i feel my heart "jump", like having an extra beat. Should i worry?
