I have AFIB and HBP and had ultra sonar test neck to toe for blockage and results showed blood flow

Thanks for your interesting question. 

Yes, your symptoms are classic for peripheral artery disease, but these symptoms could represent other problems as well.  This could be a peripheral neuropathy, which is due to a problem with the nerves of the legs.  Diabetes is notorious for causing this situation.  Another possibility is a drug reaction.  Also, a problem in your lower back could account for these symptoms, such as spinal stenosis, where nerves are encroached upon as they exit the spinal cord a travel through narrow openings through the spine itself.  There are additional, less common problems/diseases that could account for your symptoms.

I suggest you make an appointment with your primary care physician (Internist or Family Practitioner) for a complete evaluation.  He/she will perform a history and physical examination as well as blood work to screen for underlying problems.  Primary care doctors take your whole situation into account when doing an evaluation, rather than just focusing on one organ system.   He/she may request further studies in an effort to find the cause.
