On 12th May, I have sudden rise in my BP.

Initally, I was thinking it was problem on my eyesight so I went to the optalmologist but he said my eyesight is fine. Aware of hypertension in our famly, I immediately went to the hospital and they found my BP rise to 220/110. They have given me Adol and Tenormin. My BP went down to 176/90. I...
