Don Bevilacqua,   Thanks for your post.  It's not quite clear from the information submitted, what exactly you are asking, but your symptoms are a concern.  The best, and safest, thing for you to do is make an appointment to see your doctor for his evaluation.  He should do a thorough history and physical examination, as well as checking your blood pressure.    High blood pressure could be the problem here, but other problems could also cause the same symptoms.  These include sinus problems, dental infections, nerve pain (neuralgia), ear problems, and a problem with the joint between the jawbone and the skull called TMJ disease.   I hope this has been helpful.   Martin Cane, M.D.
