Q: what would cause a swollen left calf without pain after taking levequin for cellulitis?

After vital signs, blood work, and ultrasound of my left leg, diagnosis was cellulitis. No clots and all else was good. Dr. prescribed Levaquin for 7 days and keep elevated as often if possible. Swelling in ankle and foot went down by the end of the week and then calf became very swollen but no pain. It is better after being elevated for a few hours at night, but comes back when I become active. What could it be?
