Hi Kim49:

Would you mind resubmitting your question, clarifying "what" would help the pain? I'm sorry, I'm a little unclear exactly what your question is.

Thanks,

Tara

There are several different treatment options for pain from fibromyalgia and lupus. You would want to discuss with your doctor what would be appropriate for you since you have both diseases. He/She would also be familiar with your health history and what would work well for you.

A few options for fibromyalgia treatments would be medications to ease pain, fatigue, and sleep problems; physical therapy; relaxation modalities; and regular exercises.
