Is the Napolitos plant a cure for HBP and colon

Can the cactus prickly pear plant (napolitos) help lower high blood pressure?  This plant is also known to detoxify the colon and lower blood sugars in Type II diabetics.  Is this true?

Hi Myra,

 

The Napolitos plant supposedly has diuretic properties that promote a lower blood pressure.  However, I have not reviewed any scientific literature to support the effectiveness/truth of this claim.
