I jog 5 times a week for 30 minites & I, do at least 50 squats in the shallow end of the swimming pool every day .
I sounds like you are doing a great job taking care of yourself. Stick with it! Blood pressure recommendations do not change with age. The ideal is below 120/80 mm Hg.
