High diastolic blood pressure- treatment reqd

i am 31 yrs old male, from India,old case of allergy, bronchial Asthma and Hey fever, my Blood Pressure is 120-130/90-100, my serum cholestrol is 260( Triglycerides-200, HDL-40, LDL-180, VLDL-40), all other investigatons are normal, what should i do what medicines should i take? please suggest!!! thanks--solo
