I am suffering from an extremely painful headached, which my doctor thinks if a result of the extremely high blood pressure reading. She has reffered me to a nephrologist, but they have not made the appointment yet. Is there anything I can do right now to alleviate the headache? I cannot sleep and have been brought to tears with the pain.
