can a temporary rise in blood pressure due to stressful situations lead to an early miscarriage?

I had an early miscarriage at 9 weeks and I know that my blood pressure sometimes is a bit higher when I am nervous but it didn't last long(just few minutes)-when Iam under the stress and is then back to normal measure.

I am really concerned and confused if this could have been the reason for my miscarrage.

I would be really grateful if you could answer this question.

Hi Emma,

I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage.  Unfortunately, I'm not able to give a definitive answer.  I recommend discussing with your physician to determine what may have lead to the  miscarriage and steps you can take to prevent a future miscarriage.

All the best,
