Neil Michels,   Thanks for your question.  Lozol is a diuretic often used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).  By causing your system to lose some extra fluid, your pressure can come down, but this fluid loss effect is usually short lived.  It is believed that diuretics have an effect on blood pressure separate from water loss.    The Aceon is an angiotensin converting enzyme blocker, a common class of drug used for hypertension.  This drugs works by blocking the production of powerful hormones responsible for salt and water reabsorption in the kidney.  Blocking this hormone results in lowering the blood pressure.   Aspirin is a mild blood thinner, which works on the platelets in the blood.  When platelets stick together, clots form.  Aspirin helps prevent the platelets from sticking to each other.    Your combination of medication should have no effect on your weight.  There should be no change in appetite, and there is no fluid retention.
