Q: Can hypertension be a long-term side effect from certain chemotherapy drugs?

I've went through 7 months of cancer treatment, including dose-dense chemotherapy and 7 weeks of daily radiation. I've never had high blood pressure and did not have it at any time during treatment even when taking high doses of steroids. Can high blood pressure suddenly show up many months after treatment ended, as a delayed side effect? I have heard that high doses of paclitaxel may have the potential for causing blood vessel damage, but can't find any studies.
