Excersing and pulse with blood pressure medication

When I was 55 my pulse was always 72, I developed high blood pressure and was place on atenlol 50 mg,

my pulse is went to 59, I am now 61 and ppulse is still 59.  When I exsercise my pulse might got to 104,

What should my target heart rate be at 80 percent when excersicing. Jim
