I had a sudden rise in blood pressure with a few other concerns.

I had a sudden rise in blood pressure 130/90 when I always had good bp before.  I am a 29 year old active, fit, and healthy woman.  What could this be.  I do not use any prescription or street drugs.  Do enjoy a glass of wine every other day.  I am also a vegetarian.  Some other concerns that I have noticed in the past 6 months are...

shaky hands, tingling in my hands & legs, what seam to be hot flashes (not very often), there was a short period of time where I was getting headaches and feeling light headed but it passes within a week or 2.  I have also had pain on my ovaries, which my doctor thinks is endometriosis.  But I havent been tested for it.

I am not sure if this is something to be concerned about.  but would appreciate any ideas from anyone!!  Im a little scared and concerned and not sure what to do!!  Thank you!!

Also, forgot to mention...I have never had hemroids in my life, but have had them twice in the last 3 months.  Not sure if any of this is related??

Hi Alyann,

I recommend you contact your physician for an evaluation to determine the cause of the symptoms you've been experiencing and appropriate treatment.
