Annette Styles, Thanks for your posted question. Assuming there is no allergy to Penicillin or Penicillin like drugs, people with High Blood Pressure can take Penicillin VK . I can't think of any physiologic mechanism associated with High Blood Pressure that would prevent the use of this antibiotic. I hope this information has been helpful. Martin Cane, M.D.
