I've hd high blood pressure since my moms cancer started to progress in March. Im also taking AP Histry and Pre Calculus this year that is time consumingwhile tryig to juggle basketball and help taking care of my sister. IDK what to do or where to turn. Hi Sarey2012,

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. You have legitimate concerns. Only you can decide if you are taking on too much and if you feel that way then speak with your Dad or someone at school about options to cut back. Maybe you need a "lighter load" for the next few months to recooperate after the difficult past year.

Stress does contribute to high blood pressure. Exercise typically helps promote a lower blood pressure. I recommend consulting your physician and father about how to best manage your high blood pressure.

All the best,
