Sular (nisoldipine) is one of the class of medicines called calcium channel blockers.  They are mostly used for the treatment of high blood pressure.  They are generally well tolerated medications with few significant long term effects.  They may cause leg edema and should be used cautiously in people congestive heart failure and angina.
