I am a 35 year old man past drug use cocaine speed but no longer abuse have been clean for 6yrs

I have had 1 heart attack and 2 strokes in the past my blood pressure is high and am on blood pressure meds my heart feels very sore and weak its hard to explain but I have been having times when my blood pressure starts to sky rocket out of no where no reason at all the last time it got up to155 over 106 so i took my blood pressure bill and a antianxiety pill my wife called the paramedics they said i looked fine but that was after 15 min I took my meds so my pressure dropped back down this is starting to scare me .every time i go to the heart doctor they cant find out any thing my heart valves are weak I was told it was nothing to worry about and i have had 2 angiograms performed but they said everything looks normal its not normal to feel like this at 35 years old. not over weight either any advise
