I am a 35 year old man past drug use cocaine speed but no longer abuse have been clean for 6yrs

I have had 1 heart attack and 2 strokes in the past my blood pressure is high and am on blood pressure meds my heart feels very sore and weak its hard to explain but I have been having times when my blood pressure starts to sky rocket out of no where no reason at all the last time it got up to155...
