I had a medula cervical stroke

I had a medula cervical stroke Jan 7. My right side specially my right arm is numb all the time. also have temp differance in both hands. i have pain in neck right side and in shoulder, what is this? cant find much on web. also what kind of exercises can i do, like lifting weights or playing…
