her heart rate is 78. shes been to the doctors, they say nothings wrong, she complains that shes dizzy, and her head feels like its gonna explode. she said she doesnt have a headache, but feels throbbing

I recommend seeking a second opinion.
FYI - A typical blood pressure for a 12 year-old girl is around 105/62.
