Terry, Thanks for your question. I can find no drug interaction between lisinopril and Meridia, so taking both at the same time should not pose a problem. However, about 2.6% of people taking Meridia experience a rise in blood pressure. Therefore, be sure your doctor monitors your pressure during treatment with Meridia, as well as keeping an eye out for other potential side effects. Best wishes. Martin Cane, M.D.
