my pressure was 218over122 a am 43 black with uncontrolled pressure can diet help.

I was told I have uncontrollable high pressure and put on meds I can not afford. My eyes turn bloodshot and sometimes I have broke vessels in them,headaches and silver lines in front. can diet alone help.help
