Q: Should a 3 1/2 yo Heart Rate seem irregular? What is the average beats per minute for this age?

My 3 1/2 yo daughter's HR is 90 - 110 while asleep.  It also seems to be irregular - skipping a beat, speeding up, slowing down.  Is this normal?  I have read that it happens to infants, but at what age does it even out?  Should i be concerned?  She doesn't seem to have any ill effects in any way.  Thank you.

Thanks for posting.  Here is the information we have on  Normal Blood Pressure Rate in Children.

You should always check with your pediatrician if you are concerned.  Call the nurses line in your doctor's office and leave a message.  I am certain they will reply with some advice.
