Last blood pressure check was 147/99 but at times has been 165/107. Has no insurance so has not seen a doctor. Has rash for couple months on calves. Rash is splotchy bumps on legs Has now spread in last week or so and has small bumps on back, torso and arms now. All very itchy. Feet, ankles and calves swollen this past week.
Not sure if any of this is related and I'm concerned for my boyfriend. Any suggestions?
