High BP and doctors have said little. Should I see a specialist?

My blood pressure is 163/116 and I have been having severe migraines- I am not overweight and I am 32. The doctor gave me a diuretic and sent me home. My blood pressure has generally been about 150/110 for the last 6 months and I have been given no advice by my doctors. I was sent for some...
