sudden increase in BP and kidney disease IGA nephropathy

in your website column, you mentioned that sudden rise in blood pressure can be caused by decreased flow of blood to the kidneys. actually i had iga nephropathy for 10 years and my elevated bp could be caused by that. in the case that it is caused by  kidney problem, what could the doctor do…
