Hello I am 21 years old and I just got a blood pressure reading of 96/62.... I am not an athlete, would I still be considered a child by now? If not... what should I look out for?

I was born with a form of muscular dystrophy called CMT, so I am always having problems as it is, would this affect this in anyway?  this really has me worried since I am on my own and can't afford insurance at the moment...

I just looked at a chart and don't know what to make of it... it says normal for an athlete or a child.

Hi V.C.,

Here is a link to information on low blood pressure.  At the age of 21 years-old, you would not be considered a child.
