I have arthritis and Fibromylaisa can it cause the BP to go up

I have continual pain in hands elbows knees and feet  and take ibprophen for pain but doesnt always getrid of the pain and when my pain increases I see an elevation in my BP BP is useually runs 145/80 but when in alot of pain it goes up to 185/110 is this something to worry about or…
