Q: 61 year old male with scaly patches in the back of hand I am thinking non-melanoma skin cancer?

his height is 5'10" weighs 170lbs complaining of heart burn. blood pressure 180/93 and respirations 17 per minute and pulse rate 90 beats per minute and his body temperature is 99.2 F
