Q: i just started taking adderall about a week ago for my adhd. I am a 22 year old male that is in pretty good shape and I eat pretty healthy. I have been experiencing some tingling in my right arm and

some muscle tension. I dont have insurance to go to the hosp. and I have had panic attacks in the past and it felt very similar to that but i am kind of worried and scared that it could have been a TIA stroke or something bc I am still feeling some tightness and weakness in my right forearm. any advice on what to do about it. I am prescribed to take 2 20 mg pills one in the morning and one at lunch

Hi Sam,

Most physician offices have an oncall doctor if it's after hours. I recommend calling your physician's office and speaking with  your doctor (or oncall doctor) to discuss what you're experiencing and whether or not an appointment is warranted.

All the best,
