Cindy, Thanks for your question. I would definitely NOT use Size 0 diet pills in your situation. In fact, I would have concern using it in any situation. In your case, you have High Blood Pressure, diabetes, and you're taking medication. In addition, your lipid (fats in blood) levels are high, for which you take statin medication. One of the major side effects of Size 0 diet pills (clenbuterol) is to raise blood pressure. It also raises heart rate, body temperature, causes tremors, and creates increased risk for abnormal cardiac rhythms and stroke. It can also cause stiffening of the heart muscle when used long term which can lead to serious cardiac complications. This drug is usually available through the internet. It has not undergone any safety testing, and the actual dose needed in humans has never been established. The purity of the drug you receive in not guaranteed either. I understand that losing weight would help your other problems, but taking a medication which poses so much risk is not the answer. It's time to have a talk with your physician about the safest methods to lose weight. Knowing your history, he is the best person to advise you on the best and safest way to accomplish this. Best of luck. Martin Cane, M.D.
