Blood pressure question

I'm 49 years old and after taking my BP for 3 weeks everyday, once in the AM and once in the PM my avg. reading is 136/88 with a high of 150/100 and a low of 123/78 I've just started running again and exercising ...should I go on medication??

Hi High Octane,

 

I recommend working with your physician to monitor your blood pressure.  It's possible the physical activity will begin to lower your levels naturally and medication will not be necessary.
