i have noted a sudden increase in blood pressure, what may be the reason?

I have migraine problem, taking naproxen tablet once in a week.Recently i had mouth ulcer which disappeared after taking Iron capsules, but it appeared at 3 successions.(may be 20-25 days with 3 intervals).I felt bit of giddiness yesterday. evening.

It is possible the pain related to the migraine and ulcer contributed to an increased blood pressure; however, I recommend discussing with your physician to determine if you need to adjust your treatment plan.
