I take diovan hct 160/12.5 and cardizem la 240 I have developed severe ankle joint pain &hand pain

The pain started first in RT  ankle joint -had ex-ray was normal then pain started in shin painful to even touch .now I have started with pain in my RT hand across the knuckles and fingers hard to use hand at all the pain  in fingers is that bad and hand hurts to touch just like the lower leg could this be related to medication in any way

The joint pain that you are describing, if it is not associated with swelling of the joint, is called an arhtralgia.  Though not common, both Cardizem and Diovan have been associated with the development of arthralgias.  Speak to your doctor, and try to eliminate one medication at a time to see if you can identify the culprit.
