Question

My blood pressure varies wildly over a weekfrom 167/84 to 130/77 what should I do?

I am 54 years old, 184 pounds , 5ft 9ins and pretty active - tennis 3 times a week.  I watch my salt and fats and drink little alcohol- 20 units a week but used to drink significantly more.  My blood pressure varies significantly-typically 167/84 to 130/77 with no discernable cause.  Any ideas as to how to bring it down??
