Q: Why is my blood pressure and heart rate consistently elevated?

I am a 20 year old female, exercise regularly, love going for walks. I am also at a healthy weight, I never drink coffee, alcohol or pop, I eat lots of vegetables and have a low sodium diet. My blood pressure has been consistently high. My more recent readings throughout the course of the last three days has been, day 1: 163/98, day 2: 143/104 and 133/105, and day 3: 145/100. As for my heart rate it is consistently over 100. Usually varies anywhere between 104-140. What could be causing this? What my biggest concern is that my diastolic always seems to be elevated. I have also had several blood tests and urine tests and all came back normal, so my kidneys and thyroid is fine. Please answer and thank you
