Problem with high blood pressure

I have problems with high blood pressure. Monday 6/15/09 I got up with a horrible headache and went on to work, when I got there I checked my blood pressure and it was 178/97. I was able to take aspirin 350mg to make it come down. I still have a bad headache and just do not feel like doing anything...
