Dear mrana

This is safe.  And in fact, probably exactly what your doctor wanted. You blood pressure should be about 120/80.

My only concern would be if you start to feel light-headed or dizzy, especially when getting up from a standing position.  Low blood is not particularly concerning unless it is causing symptoms like the ones above.

Be sure to discuss your blood pressure with your doctor, and continue to monitor your blood pressure regularly!  Record your numbers and share them with your physician at your next visit.

To your health,

Neil MD
