Q: what causes achilles tendonitis?

is it possibile the generic for Zestoretic could cause achilles tendonitis?  My pharmacy just recently changed my Zestoretic for the generic - and I developed achilles tendonitis, and I am not an athlete or do I workout.  I AM on a long term (2 years) Cipro for chronic urinary tract infections, but that has not caused me any problems in two years.  Could it be the Zestoric generic drug instead of the Cipro causing the tendonitis?  Most antibiotics I can NOT take because my stomach gets totally messed up, for example Microbid makes me nauseated and throw up.  Cipro is about the only antibiotic that I am able to take.
