I am now taking 2 BP meds and one to slow and control my heartbeat. Statins and high colestral med and carry nitroglycerin. I have frequent heart burn and acid reflux, took NEXIUM, but only OTC pills for nausea really help. I feel good other than exhaustion and insomnia.

Symptoms of hypotension include dizziness and sleepiness. It could be that your system is more sensitive to blood pressure lows, so a drop to normal/lower levels is causing problems. I recommend discussing further with your doctor to determine the cause and an appropriate blood pressure goal for you.
